Music Ministry

An important component of worship each week is the music, both the hymns led by the organ and choir and sung by the congregation, as well as the music presented by the choir. At Tabernacle Baptist Church we are led in worship on Sundays by the Church Choir which rehearses each week at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Under the direction of our Associate Pastor - Minister of Music, Candy Wilson, the Church Choir sings both modern and classical anthems selected to enhance the worship service.

Tabernacle Baptist Church also has a Praise Team that leads a contemporary worship service one Sunday evening a month. A children's choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings and presents special programs during the year.

A Tabernacle and community favorite occasion is the Living Christmas Tree presented each year by the Church Choir and other musicians.
